Dear Sir or Madam:
I were attended a business meeting at the grand conference room of your hotel three days ago.I found my file case were lost where my bank transaction paper were put inside when I retured China yesterday .
As I can remember so far, I attended such meeting at 4PM ,and my desk was in the row4 column3.I put such case on the desk,but I am sure I am forgot to take it with me when the meeting is over at 6PM.
The transaction paper is very important for me,because it list my 3 years transaction data from bank and I suppose to use it to get my credit loan from a loan company.The bank would not give me a second copy if I lost this file for it have a stamp on it.
I wish you can find it for me if it is still there now or you can ask the cleaner who were on duty that day of the conference room if they ever noticed such file case,The case is transparent with the 3 pages of paper.
