Dear Sir,
Hope you are doing well. I am writing in regards to inform you that I left some important papers while attending a meeting at your hotel yesterday. Let me explain the situation.
To elucidate the incident happened yesterday when I had booked one of the hotel's conference room "The Gemini" for a business meeting as it was being hosted by my company. I believe it was in the same meeting room that I forgot some important documents. The documents were kept in a blue transparent file with my name sticker near the projector at the centre table. Since these documents are confidential and contain non-disclosure agreements, financial statements and memorandum of understanding regarding certain business transactions which are important for my firm. Additionally, these documents need to be submitted to my legal department for necessary vetting and approval.
Hence I would request you to find this file and inform me immediately so that I can come and collect it from your hotel.
I look forward to your immediate response.
Yours sincerely
Ben
