I am writing this letter to inform you that I forgot some important papers at your hotel and I need your supportive action to return them back. Yesterday, I had a meeting with clients in the conference room number 72. However, we finalized our gathering at 8:00 pm, and then accidentally I left some documents which's extremely significant for my business.
Those papers in fact are top confidential documents which's included some contacts and private information about my customers and their businesses in the Middle East. Moreover, it has the agreed plan that we agreed to perform next time. Finally, it's also very important for me in order to prepare for the upcoming meeting with them which supposed to be held on November 26th.
Therefore, I would be extremely grateful if you could please send them back through any national courier as soon as possible into my office on Rd street 123 avenue, and I will pay for it.
Lastly, I hope my request does not cause any inconvenience. I look forward to receiving your great response.
