I joined your club a couple of weeks ago, and I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding the poor quality of some of the facilities you provided.
First of all, as two out of five treadmills in the gym are out of order, I have to wait a long time to use one of them. The situation is even worse at peak times so that most members prefer changing their exercise routine rather than wasting time waiting for busy equipment. Another problem is that the cloakroom is in poor safety condition as most of the lockers have been broken. Lastly, the restrooms are not cleaned and properly maintained, so this may cause serious health issues for club members.
I expect you to have more supervision over the maintenance of equipment and facilities in a way that we can utilize them properly. Please also ask your staff to clean the restrooms on a regular basis.
