You recently bought a jacket, but when you got home, you discovered it was damaged. When you took it back to the store, you were told that merchandise cannot be returned.
Write a letter to the store manager. In your letter
Describe the problem with the jacket.
Explain what happened when you tried to return it.
Say what you would like the manager to do.
I am writing to tell you about a faulty jacket I bought from your store recently. Although your staff did not agree to hear me about the issue, I would like you to exchange the product.
I am disappoint to narrate that the jacket has two holes near the left hem. I did not notice them while buying at your shop.
As soon as I came to see the holes, I went to your shop and informed the matter to one of your staff members. However, he refused to listen to me and responded in an extremely rude way. I think this kind of attitude with customers can cause damage to your business since it relies on them.
I will not wear this damaged jacket nor will keep it to me so I would like you to exchange it with another jacket having no fault. In case of failure, I would like you to refund me the full cost of the item.
I would appreciate your prompt response in the matter. I look forward to having your reply.
Yours faithfully,
Sayed.
