Dear Sir,
I'm writing this letter with regards to the feedback the cookery school asked for. However, it is related to the course I enrolled in at your institution which is entitled "Afang Soup Preparation".
During the duration of the course, I enjoyed the practical lessons. We get to practicalise what the teacher has taught us. Remember that feeling of satisfaction that overwelhms you when you engage in an interesting activity? That's exactly how I felt anytime we had practicals. It's a lovable course to attend!
Since the course ended, I've prepared about 70 pots of soup. In addition to this, there's a canteen that books me to make the same dish for them and supply on a daily basis. So, I would say I have done a lot of cooking this period and that's a fact!
Lastly I'd love to suggest another cookery course for your school to offer. This course is entitled "Jollof Rice Preparation" and it's an African dish. This inclusion should be a great idea ; more students will attend it because the dish is trending at the moment on social media.
