Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to provide a feedback on the cookery course, which I have taken recently from your renowned institute The Kitchen Wonder. As I was quiet weak in cutting skills and cooking food items, so I joined your cookery course which was very beneficial for me after finishing the course.
I enrolled in this course on 15th June 2019 and the course was ended after 4 weeks. The course was very fascinating as I was able to learn the chopping techniques by using knife tool. I really enjoyed cutting different food items, such as vegetables, fish, chicken, fruits. Every time I had to use variant methods while slicing the cookery items. Apart from this, I also enjoyed making the fried rice along with chicken curry and salad. I learned both skills while making the cuisine.
I have been using these lessons on weekends, when I normally cook for my family, and they give me excellent remarks. The effect of the course had on my chopping techniques and dishes . On certain occasions such as birthday parties, family gathering, festivals, I prepare food for the guests , kins and sometimes for my friends and receive many appreciation by them.
I would like to recommend a baking course in your cookery institute. Most people are not good in baking because they did not know how to use electric or gas oven in proper way. Introducing this course is really worthwhile for them. I would be delightful to enroll in this course and take spectacular remarks from my relative and family members.
