Dear Sir or Madam,
My name is Rahul, and I am working with XYZ, India as a Business analyst. Recently, I organized a full day meeting at your hotel, which is very near to our workplace. I am writing this letter to apprise you about the feedback of the food served for lunch during the event.
Your hotel has a good reputation in the town and I have visited it myself with my family a couple of times. The Participants in the meeting really liked the services offered at the hotel.
Moreover, the staff was very courteous and helped us throughout the day with all the activities, which we planned to organise during the day. Coming to the food, most of the people were not happy with the variety of food at the buffet. Additionally, they were not happy with the taste of some of the curries part of the buffet.
I suggest you should put some more variety of food during lunch like Chinese or Continental for example. Also, try if your head chef can taste and inspect the dishes before it is being served.
Hoping, you will consider my suggestions for the future.
Yours faithfully,
Rahul
