Dear Sir,
I am writing to you to express my dissatisfaction with my stay at your hotel on August 15, 2019. I stayed in your hotel during my official visit as recommended by my office.
The air conditioner was not functioning adequately. I registered my complaint to your service department; however, they informed me that the service engineer is not available. On this, I requested them to change my room as it is hard to stay in the room without cooling system in this warm weather. But, the staff responded that the hotel is fully occupied due to an ongoing cricket championship in the city.
I request you to please look into this matter and try to make sure the presence of atleast one person round the clock. Furthermore, I also request you to please refund half of the rent I paid, if possible.
