Dear Sir / Madam,
I am Lina writing this letter to express dissatisfaction about your hotel and services as well.
Last week due to my business trip I travelled to Jakarta and stayed for a week in your hotel near to the Dunnigan city. I took the duplex room but the AC was not working properly took a very long time to make the room cool besides, at midnight the water leaking from it.
Due to these technical problems I was unable to sleep, I think everyone aware that Jakarta city is very hot in the month of September. Because of this AC issue, I was unable to sleep and got sick once I am back in my home town. I was disappointed with the staff as well when I complaint also no body come and check, the service is very bad due to this I used the AC in the hall and I slept on the sofa.
Please make a note of service all the electronic goods in your hotel and please keep the responsible staff to give the best customer service. I choose this hotel because one of my friends suggest to me but I was totally upset. Improve customer service and room service to get more customers to stay in your hotel.
