You recently stayed in a hotel in a large city. The weather was very unusual for the time of year and the heating / cooling system in the hotel was quite inadequate.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter to express my complaint with stay at your hotel in UK.My name is Chris Williams and I stayed in your hotel from 10th March-13th March to attend a conference.During my stay,I had an issue with a faulty air conditioner.Climate was moist and hot during that time so was expecting that ac will give a great relief.
To my surprise,when I switched on AC;instead of cooling,it was throwing hot air.I informed the staff at reception about the same.They said they will tell a concern person and meanwhile I have to bear with the situation.When I said instead I want to change the room,they didn't approve my request.
This was totally shock for me.I find it highly unacceptable.Rooms AC should have proper air conditioners and in case there is some issue,it should be addressed immediately.I would like the payment for my stay to be refunded and assurance that such kind of inconvenience doesn't happen to anyone else in future.
