Let me introduce myself, I am John Brown. I came to your beautifuI city last week and stayed in your hotel. Though, I must say that your property is quite extraordinary. However, during my stay I faced alot of issues with the air conditioning system in my room.
As you are aware that during this time of the year the climate is very unpredictable in this area and I happen to be a victim of the same. The executive room 101 which was provided to me had issues with the air conditioning. During the day, when the weather was very hot the cooling system was not functioning to its full potential. As a result, I had to ask at the reception to get it checked or repaired. Instead, they sent me a seperate air cooler. But during the nights when the temperature drops it became too cold and the heating system again did not function properly as a result I had to take some extra sheets to keep myself warm at nights.
I hope that you will be looking into this as my stay here was abit uncomfortable and I will be looking for a compensation for the trouble I had to face while staying here.
