Dear Sir/Madam,
my name is pooja arora and I was staying in room number 205 in your hotel for the past two weeks. I am writing this letter about a piece of clothing which I accidentally left there. I hope you will consider my request favorably.
Let me explain my situation. I checked out of my room yesterday and after I reached home, I realized that my favorite T-shirt, which I received as a birthday gift, is missing. The T-Shirt is a Medium Sized Gap brand and it is in black color with the words "Always Hungry" written on the front side in bold white letters. As far as I recall, I forgot to pick it up when I went to refresh just before departing. it should be behind the door in the restroom.
would you please check the room to see if the T-Shirt is there. Once found, i would really appreciate if you can ship it to my residential address mentioned below.
