Dear Mr Sue,
My name is ifeoluwa Aransiola and I recently picked up a job as the account and helpdesk support officer at your organizations. I will like to draw your attention to some challenges observed during this past week I joined the company.
I accepted the offer to work with your firm because of the perceived opportunities for networking and the flexibility of the role,this was due to the fact that I currently run a per time course at the university of Lagos.
I discovered all staff resume 8 am and closes from 8.00pm as against the 5:00pm stated on the employment letter.
I will suggest a weekly roaster be done to rotate and revise the time spent at work. To encourage and improve work life balance among staffs ,which could leads to heart break or dealth. Secondly, a general closing time should be fixed when the generator will be switched off, this way all member of the team will work towards completing their given task before the generator goes off.
I will appreciate if you review and adopt my suggestions above , to make the firm a dream work place.
