Dear Sir,
I am writing to you regarding the yesterday's train journey, which was an awful experience in my life. Plus, I have attached the evidence of the trip which caused a delay in my traveling.
About the poor service, my plan was to attend a interview in the afternoon, however, I failed to reach on time due to the derailment of the train at Kingstone Street. Consequently, I was extremely unhappy with the service due to the above incident.
I order of unable to follow the yesterday's plan, my interview got suffered and I received rejection as I was not considered to reach on time. Plus, the complementary lunch was not been provided at the interview's location, as a result, I had to pay for my lunch expense which I was not planning to do as I would be suffering at the end of the month with limited budget.
Thus, I request you to kindly provide the refund that I had spent on my yesterday's train journey which has proven me for not been punctual, failed to get a job, and forced me to spend my money. And, I'm asking money-back from the London Railway.
I am looking forward to hearing from you soon.
Yours faithfully,
Shwatank Bhasin
