I am writing with regards my experience of using your airline.
To begin with, I travelled to Germany with some of my colleagues for a scientific conference last month. I decided to travel with your airline because of my husband's recommendation. He has used your airline several times and was very satisfied with your service.
I also like to draw your attention to some positive points that I like. First of all, the crew were really warm and welcoming. They were well-trained and well-organized. Besides, the plane was in a good situation and very clean.
On the other hand, as a negative point, there was not enough pillows and blankets in the cabin. When I asked the crew to have a pillow, they said that they are run out of pillows.
To rectify this problem, I suggest to increase the number of pillows and blankets for each passenger.
