Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction with the bus service I had yesterday.
I am a human right activist and yesterday when my car broke down, I had no other option but to take a bus. It was a really terrible experience.
Firstly, when I got into the bus and looking for a seat the bus driver started driving the bus without ensuring that the passengers have seated. I got little injured because of the sudden hit. Furthermore, when I complained about the incident, the bus driver behaved rudely and said that this was not his responsibility to look for such things. Secondly, he was driving rashly. I was afraid of any accident that could happen because of his rash driving. Even on the speed breakers, he was not slowing down, which causes continious discomfort, as my head bumped twice.
I would like you to enquire this issue with your driver. Also, I want him to be kind with passengers travelling on the bus. I hope that next time I find it satisfactory.
