Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to bring to your attention the pathetic driving skills and impolite behavior of the bus driver.
Firstly, let me supply you with the details of the journey and the bus number. The bus started at Bedok depot. I had got down at Esplanade stop. The bus number was D5 and the number plate was X456JJ. I had taken the bus on the 5th of March at around noon.
Coming to the incident I am reporting in this letter, the driver was not only driving at extremely high speed but also was switching lanes without providing any prior intimation to other vehicles on road. I think at least thrice we almost had an accident. The driver was extremely rude to the passengers when they objected to his driving. The bus driver even shouted at the elderly man while he was finding change for his ticket.
Lastly, I would recommend you sack the driver from the company. I am sure he would have received warnings in the past. Another recommendation that I have is, installing cameras in the buses. It can definitely help in tracking such behavior and also will instill fear in the minds of the bus driver to not drive rashly or misbehave with a commuter.
