Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing in orders to discuss about my flight last July 8 from Sydney Australia to Manila the Philippines. The flight, number 502B, had departure 18 hours with a delay. This issue was extended my trip for one and half days unexpectedly. I believe that it must informed to the passengers earlier to arrange their schedules. It was not a professional method of services to pressure oversea passengers and leave them with no alternatives. While it was my vacation and supposed to finish joyfully, I was under stressful moments thinking to my next domestic flight back home as well as my job.
I had to book another domestic flight which costed me extra charges during weekend. Unfortunately I was received a warning letter from my office to no be present on time after leave days.
That was a terrible and inconvenient traveling experience at all due to low customer service and irresponsible employees in checking counter of the airline.
I am considering an apologize letter which explain the disorganization. The company should compensate for all the issues and costs was caused to the passengers.
