Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to complain about the delay of my flight.
my name is jack james. I live in England. I came to Australia to spend my holidays. it was one week holiday.
my return flight date was 2nd october. On the day of my return the flight has delayed to the next day. I have a hotel booking till 2nd of october morning at 8:00 am . I had to spend my day on the airport because i already check out from my hotel and it cause me very inconvenience.
I had an urgent meeting in my company on 3rd october and my nephews birthday party was at night on the same day. because of the delay I have a great loss in my business and I also miss my nephews birthday party which was held on that day.
I brought an expensive ticket for my holidays and due to the delay I face many problems both at the airport and after reaching to my homeland. I demand an apology from the airline and I also want the compensation from them.
