Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to complain about you the product I purchased was not working appropriately.
2 weeks ago, I bought a printer from your company. At first, it was working properly, and It used to saved my alot of time which I spend for going to printing shop and wait for my return. However, two days ago, it suddenly stop working, and whenever I gave command to printer there was an error occurred.
I am working as an "Assistant Director" in my company. Moreover, I have to prepare variois reports on daliy basis, and submitting these reports to chairman. However, due to my printer problem, my work has been affecting. Furthermore,I am unable to submit my reports because it takes a lot of time to go in printing shop and takes print out of every report.
I want you to repair my printer as soon as poosible, and in the meanwhile give me another printer. As I mention above, my job has been affecting very much therefore; replace my printer with the new one because i do not have any time to waster anymore.
I am waiting for your prompt response.
