Last week I went to the mall for shopping. I went to the make up shop. I bought a lot of makeup and some other stuff. I done my shopping, and I paid the bill when I got home and I noticed my bill. Igot surprised to see my reciept. I have been charged for extra items which I did not perched. So dear manager you should improve your staff. Iam very surprise to see this mistake. How you guys can extra charge. If your staff will repeat these error eventually you guys are getting to close down. I will suggest you place keep check and balance on your staff. In last ,I get the solution that I will come tomorrow on your shop and buy more stuff to keep the balances equal. Its effort for me to come again. So,I am sending you this letter if you like my solution then conform me otherwise pay my money back. I would be appreciate.
