Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am writing this letter to express my concern regarding the un-cooperative behavior of your customer support for a car, which I rented almost a week ago.
I am Alex Jonhson from Gurgaon and a prime user of your car rental services. Since, your company promises quick delivery and un-compromised services, I have always preferred hiring vehicle from your company. However, this time the experience was dissatisfying.
I picked Honda Amaze, registration number MH12 kl 8923 from Pune airport and as I drove a few miles further, the air conditioner of the automobile stooped providing cooling. Considering the situation, I immediately tried reaching the road side assistance service, however, to my surprise neither nobody answered the calls nor did I receive call back from the customer service, despite leaving voice messages numerous times. As a result, I had to manage with the defective vehicle and in scorching weather, I had to drive to the office.
I am astonished by the irresponsible behavior of the staff of such a top notch service provider. The vehicle has not been used after the instance of the air conditioner ans is parked at my office, I request you to arrange a self-pick up of the same at the earliest. Additionally, I would like to have full refund of the rentals ans security fees, which I paid online in advance and that amounts to INR 23000. Moreover, I shall bear no further expenses of the defective automobile.
