You rented a car recently, but were not satisfied with it. Write a letter of complaint to the rental agency. In your letter, introduce yourself; explain what went wrong with the car you rented; ask for some form of compensation
Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter for complaining about your rented car. Last week I rented a car from your Kottayam branch, vehicle number KL-31-165, Mahindra Xuv 2014, model. I have decided to quit your service for certain problems occurred during the rental period.
There are couples of reason why, I felt the car is suit as per my expectations. Firstly, your signed agreement show that car is perfect and good condition. But unfortunately, when I used the vehicle first time and trace certain problems. It's engine is not working properly when, shifted to second gear as a result of breakdown on road. Moreover, I spent Rs. 40000/- for additional maintenance and service and also informed your regional branch but I did not get a positive reply from their side.
My humble request to you please refund the money when, I used to spent extra maintenance cost which is not mentioned your agreement. In addition, take the necessary action against your staff members for their misconduct and immediately replace this car as soon as possible.
Expecting a positive response from your side.
Yours faithfully
XYZ
