Dear Sir or Madam

I am writing this letter with regard to take part in your charity event in next month.

Since I was a child , I have been extremely passionate about helping people around me. Whenever I saw a kid hurt himself around me, I always be the first one run toward him and provide assistance. Helping other people always give me the most satisfaction.

I still remember that when I was attending middle school, I spent most of my time provide household services for single elderly people during summer vacation. By helping those people with their daily living matters, it helped me realize how many people were suffering from difficulties in life and how lucky we are to have a normal life.

Since I have a art design back ground, I can help you design various patterns of pamphlet and distribute them around the neighbour. I always believe that charity always have the lowest attention in the society and we need to in crease the awareness of people that how many people are in need among us.

I look forward hearing from you.
