I am Yash from India and a new resident in your Humble Place accommodations. I have moved in to London for work and my office is located close to residency.
Since I moved in at the beginning of this month, I have noticed that furniture is in a dilapidated condition. One of living room sofa legs had been removed or missing and it is rocking while seated. Then, dining table is accredited with dust and making it very hard to clean it despite using wood cleaning chemicals. Next, television in bedroom has worn out buttons on remote and images are blurred as this device is aged.
Hence, I kindly request you to replace all items that I have complained about with brand new items. You can purchase them at budget shopping malls as I am not demanding superior quality goods but rather looking for comfortable houseware. I would request you to take action on this by this week end.
