Begin your letter as follows:
Dear………………………
You have enrolled in an evening course but you have found that you are too busy to continue and would like to take the course next term instead.
Write a letter to your teacher. In your letter:
• explain the situation and why you cannot continue the course
• say what you would like to do about your studies
• ask for advice about what you can do about the situation
Dear Ms. Smith
Dear Sir,
Hope you are doing well. My name is Mark James and I had enrolled for commercial modelling and financial analysis class in the evening at your institute.
To elucidate the situation I had joined this course to gain insights into the commercial aspects of the business transactions which I face regularly in the present role of Sales specialist but unfortunately, my reporting manager has resigned and I have been given more responsibility of some overseas projects. Earlier it was easier for me to attend the evening course but due to the present situation work pressure will increase as the additional projects which are assigned to me will involve intense travelling for a couple of months till my employer finds a suitable replacement for my manager hence I would not be able to continue the course for now.
Thus keeping the current situation in mind I would suggest you allow me to continue this course in the new batch starting next summer as I would like to finish the course so that it helps in understanding the business transactions easily.
I would also request you to give some valuable suggestion considering the complexity of the present situation.
I look forward to your immediate response and guidance.
Yours Sincerely
Mark
