Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to let you know that I have rented out one of your apartments in the Lake Vista community. I am new to the city and moved in last week. I am staying with my family in a studio, on 4th floor apartment number 4011. Although the apartment is spacious, I am facing issues with the furniture in the apartment.
Let me explain you my situation in detail, one of the screw of the dinning table chair is missing. If a person sits on the chair by mistake he might fall down, due to this I have kept the chair in the storage. Another problem I am facing is that the washing machine is not working. Its not working from day one and I have a pile of clothes that need to be washed, this might have to be taken care as soon as possible. I have raised the complain with the community manager as well and as per his suggestion I am writing to you as well.
Would you kindly look into this problem as soon as possible ? I would request you to put washing machine related issue on high priority, I am okay with getting washing machine repaired or replacing it completely. Chair can be repaired in 2-3 weeks as this is not urgent and meanwhile I can use other chairs. I hope you would consider my request carefully and try to resolve my problem as soon as possible.
