-describe your watch
-ask the manager to help you find it
Dear Sir / Madam
I am writing you in regard to the property I had left in your hotel. It is gold watch with my name on it.
To begin with, I arrived and checked in on 22nd of July and spend in this hotel two nights. Unfortunately, I had to leave for my hometown in a hurry and I forgot my watch in the room 25. This watch was bought a week before my business trip and it was a quite expensive purchase. You can imagine how stressed and upset I was when I realized that I lost them.
I am sure that I left them on the bed the in the hotel room. I would be grateful if you could look for my property and send me it by express post as soon as possible. Please, wrap it carefully and sent as valuable item. Thank you for your time and consideration.
I am looking forward to hearing from you soon.
Your faithfully,
Annie Kim
