Dear Sir/Madam,
I am abc xyz, on 10th of may 2019, I travelled by air Asia plane from india to london. I am writing this letter to enquire about the luggage which got lost during the travel.
my flight was at 10 p.m. from New Delhi, india to Heathrow, london. I handed over my stuff while i did check-in at the Priority Customer counter at airline counter. When I reached Heathrow Airport, next day morning at 7 a.m., I did not receive one of my luggage bag on conveyor belt.
the bag was of American Tourister Company, red color. it had big logo of usa prined on front because it was anniversary edition bag. Zip's were of blue color, and wheels also had usa logo embedded in it. On back side of it, my name, home address were written on it. bag had my clothes, official documents, perfumes, footwear (Puma sneakers), sunglasses (IDE) and toiletries.
it has been 2 weeks already, air lines did not contact me to share any update on it. I would be grateful if you could give me information about it.
