Dear Mr. Gupta,
I am writing today to complaint you about the dreadful experience of my last weekend vacation to Africa.
I planned a small holiday to Africa to get an experience of jungle safari for two days. However, the planned activities were not executed according to your information provided before I made bookings with your travel company.
After landing to my destination, the cab driver which you have booked to pick up from the Airport arrived four hours late. Due to this, I had to go by Bus to my hotel which I made an advance booking. However, the problem did not finished here, when I arrived at my hotel, I had to wait in the lobby for about an hour because my suite was not cleaned and prepared by the hotel staff. My whole day which I planned to arrive to the Jungle Safari camp got wasted, and I had to spend an extra day on my expense due to the poor services booked by your travel company.
Therefore, with such kind of poor services, I would like you to give me a full refund of my extra day holiday which was heavily expensive due to not made an advance booking in a hotel and plus on cab services which I have researched and find out at my own experience during my holiday. The bills have been attached to this letter which I would like to get a refund from your travel firm.
I am hoping to hearing a positive response from you soon.
