Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to complain about a minor accident that happened to me yesterday in your supermarket.
my name is Nguyen Minh tuan and I live in 47 Cresent Avenue, just two blocks from your store, which I have regularly visited since I moved to this area last year.
but yesterday was obviously not a good day for me. When I headed to the beverage section near the back of the market and started to go alongside the pallet racking, then one case of beer suddenly falled down from the height of 1 metre into my knee. it was luckily that the case is small and plastic-made, so i just got a minor hurt, but still i had to go to see my doctor for safety reasons.
As you know, it could be more dangerous if this happens to a child, so I would like you, as the manager, to look to this issue more carefully. In my opinion, this type of accident can easily be avoided by placing all cases of beer either at the bottom of the pallet racking or in the 1st level of the racks. By doing so, it will not fall out or, at least, minimize the chance of hurting any one.
