Dear Mr jones,
I am writing with regard to a computer problem that I encountered yesterday.
My name is Rahi Honarvar and I have been working in the accounting department for the last 2 years and I learnt an incredible amount in this department.
Yesterday I was working with my computer in order to make the financial reports ready for the CEO of the company. Unfortunately, while I was in the middle of printing the documents my computer stopped working. I restart my computer and turned it on and off several times but it did not work. I guess there should be some faults in the motherboard of the system.
I would be grateful if you could take some steps in order to solve this problem since I am supposed to make the report ready by the end of the week.
I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible.
Yours sincerely,
Rahi Honarvar
