You would like to participate in (join, take part in) a work-related seminar(IT seminar) in another country (England).
Write a letter to the person in charge of the seminar and ask for detailed information regarding the dates, program, accommodation and cost.
Dear Mr Anderson,
I am writing in regard to the IT seminar, which takes place on October 20 in Astana city. I learned about it in the newspaper “Kazakhstan” issued this Monday, but the advertisement contains no details pertaining to it.
I would like to know about what time the seminar begins, because I need to book tickets for it and arrange a trip to Astana for five people by train in advance. In addition, if it is possible, I would like to learn more about the program. The advertisement informs that famous companies, such as Microsoft and Google, make a presentation about their new products, but it has little information about the other participants.
Besides, the advertisement has no information about the address of the venue. From the Internet I found out that it will happen in Abai street, but the full address is not given. Hence, I would be grateful, if you share the address, so that we can book a hotel nearby. Furthermore, I need the exact fee, since it will be necessary for me to calculate the total cost, including the cost of the seminar for my group of five.
I would be grateful, if you send me the above mentioned information to my email tolikxxx@mail.ru or phone me on this number 87001444413. I look forward to your reply as soon as possible.
Yours sincerely,
Tolegen
