Dear Sir,
I am a II year student of Hansraj college. I read the notice on the board about work-related seminar in another country so I want to write regarding this.As a faculty member of this college you know that I am the topper of the institute.
Also, I want to join that seminar because it will be beneficial for my further life and I am passionate about all these things. Although I can not go to another country myself as the ticket of plain for me like an arm and a leg. if you will allow me to go there than it will be fruitful for you too. As if I will learn something there so I can show those activities to other students too.
you will be grateful if you will tell me the dates of the following program along with the schedule of the seminar so that I can prepare myself for that. Please let me know about accomodation it will be arranged by you oy by them for us. What will be the expenditure of the overall things.
