Dear Neighbors,
I am Sen Gupta, resides near the entrance hall area which is common for everyone. I have some concerns regarding the entrance hall which is shared by all the neighbors. In the past couple of weeks I have observed that people use the entrance hall to put their leftovers. These leftovers are creating foulsmell in the whole entrance hall and in the houses near the hall. It has become very difficult for most of us to walk in this area.
I would like to suggest some ways by which we can get rid of these leftovers. I discussed this situation with the house keeping committee, they are willing to take care of the leftovers. They can collect everyone's leftover from their apartment. All we need to do is to pay them some amount monthly .
It would be great If we can have a meeting on this issue as soon as possible. In this meeting, we can have everyone's opinion to resolve this issue or we can go by the suggestion I have shared in this letter.
Looking forward to hear from all the neighbors.
Best Wishes,
Malvika
