Say why you would like to go on the trip
Suggest what you could do to help during the trip

Dear Head Teacher,
I would like to ask you about the school trip. I have heard that some parents can go on the trip, and I want to say I would really like to do it. I have never been to other countries before and it would be an exciting opportunity for me. Also, I am a licensed doctor, and I can be of help if any of the children feel ill.
I have several questions regarding the trip though. Will there be provided accommodation for parents as well as children, and where can I find more information about the culture program on a trip?
