Dear Sir,
My name is Eddie Brooks and writing this letter to request you for admission of my son in your esteemed institution. As I got transferred to your town I am planning to shift my whole family by next month. When I enquired about local schools my collegues and friends referred your organisation as one of the best convents in surroundings. Apart, I have seen local newspapers reviews and achievements of your students.
My son 'Peter' is diligent student with excellent academic records. The fact, that he is in 9th standard at the age of 10 stands as testimony of his talents. During his final exams in 7th grade he secured aggregate of 99% which peddled him to promotion for 9th class. Besides, he is multitalented and bagged number of awards in various quiz competitions. Further, he is an accomplished sports man and even won foot ball tournament played on behalf of his school. He is beloved by all his teachers and friends. I am sure, your school will be perfect place for achieving all his future endeavours and brings shine to your school.
Please let me know last date for admissions and procedure to apply. If there is any entrance exam to appear, my son will be happy to attend same. In case, for reference, if you need to see any credentials all documents including behaviour certificate are attached with this letter. Feel free to contact for any further information required.
Thank you in advance for considering my application.
Yours Sincerelly,
