Hope you are doing great. I am writing this letter in response to your complaint letter you sent me yesterday about the noise from my flat. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you and would like to explain myself, humbly ask for you forgiveness.
This is mainly because of our upcoming wedding anniversary preparations, we had decided to hire a firm to renovate our house in the available short period. Hence, they had to bring heavy machinery to complete the assigned work. This could be the reason you might have heard abnormal noise from the flat. We were unaware of the fact that the sound would reach your house. I already instructed them to reduce the noise level and close all the windows so that it the noise level reduces. I hope this measure would appease you. By the way, the work would be completed tomorrow. Please get back to us in personal if you hear any further noise from our flat.
Once again, I am extremely sorry for any annoyance caused by my action. I hope you would accept my apology. Thanks for your patience on this matter. Please come by tomorrow evening so that I take you around my freshly revamped flat.
