Dear Sir/ Madam,
I’m living in house 313 which is in your neighborhood, right beside your
house. Yesterday I received a complaint letter about the loud sounds from my own house.
Firstly, I have to apologize to you for being noisy and annoying you recently. That is the
reason why I wrote this explanation letter to you immediately and hope you could understand my situation.
First of all, again, I feel so sorry for having been annoyed yesterday. However, I had some reasons for those uncomfortable noises which you could consider. As you know, I am a musician, this is to say, a piano player. I had a music band, and we are going to perform our new songs to people in City Center Park, we were excited about this opportunity. Therefore, our band prepared carefully for this special occasion by practicing playing the instrument non-stop, and unfortunately, this action affected you yesterday.
Moreover, unluckily, we have received numerous same letter for 2 days. From the bottom of my heart, I truly regretted our bad action, and we were begging you all pardon while were composing this apology. We are so sorry!
On the other hand, luckily, we found another perfect place to practice, which is right nearby the river and in the middle of grassland. It has truly a long distance from our neighborhood, so you all do not concern about our annoying noise now. This is the most effective solution for both two sites. Hope you have a good day!
