Your neighbours have recently written to you to complain about the noise from your house/ flat.
Write a letter to your neighbours. In your letter
• explain the reasons for the noise
• apologies
• describe what action you will take
Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter in regard to charity work which I was continuing for the last two years. I feel bad to inform you that I would not be able to continue my duties after this month.
I was part of "being human" social community, where we planned several drives to educate children and distributing them clothes and toys. I loved my duties and all the time which I spent with donations camps.
As you might be aware, I am traveling to Canada for higher studies, it would not be possible for me to keep doing the work for "being human" organization. Although I assure you, I would keep doing volunteering activities once I get to settle in a new country.
As my place would be vacant in the organization. it would be a pleasure for me to introduce my brother, who always wanted to start his life with charity work. he has been part of some activities which occurred on weekends. Now he has complete time to devote to social activities.
I hope you would be kind enough to give an opportunity to my brother in my place.
Yours faithfully,
A Kansal
