Dear Sir or Madam,
I hope this letter finds you well. I have receive a letter which contain some compliments about my flat which seemed noisy from my neighbours. I really apologize from this issue which bothered you.
Let me explain in details. As my brother was spending the last days in Tehran and he supposed to fly on 15th August, it was important for my family to make him a goodbye-party. However, my parent’s house was too small for doing this plan and we decided to make it on my flat. furthermore, thus I told Alexander whom is warden of department about this issue and he aware me there is no problem if I finish the party before 11 p.m.
beside that, since the flight was exactly on that night at 2 a.m. Suddenly, my family decided to stay in my house and go to airport from there. I am apologizing for all the troubles which my family and I brought to you .
furthermore, I promise I never repeat this action again and I hope you would consider my situation. beside that, I deeply feel sorry through it and I wish I could anything you tell me to recompense for you.
