Dear Mr. Smith,

I am really sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. I have received your letter today in which have mentioned the trouble from the sound which came from our house.

Let me explain you in detail, my dog is having some severe health issues because of which he makes the loud noise especially at night. We are taking him to the veterinary hospital regularly, but the doctor is saying that he will take some to recover.

When I get to know from you letter that the sound of the dog was causing you huge trouble that you are not able sleep at night, above this, when I read that you son is having exam from today I felt extremely bad, I really apologize from the bottom of my heart and understand you situation completely.

We have talked to the doctor, he is suggesting us to admit the dog in the hospital till the time he recover. We are taking him to the hospital in the evening and assure this noise will not cause you any more trouble.

Hope you will consider our situation and forgive us for the problem caused to you.

Yours sincerely,
