Dear Luis
I have received a letter from you about a several noises in my flat. For that reason, I have decided to explain the problem in this short letter.
The last week, a filtration caused a serious damaged in my kitchen, because of that, I have to hired a group of professional to break the whole sidewall to find the filtration and fix it.
I think the noise was for the reparations that started four days ago. I sincerely apologize, it wasn't my intention to cause any problem, but it was unexpected and I didn’t have time to let you know, it was kind of emergency.
I would like to talk to you about what time is ok for continue with the reparations, it is possible.
I hope this situation won't break the good relationship we have for the past ten years.
One more time, I'm so sorry for all the inconvenient.
