You have a full-time job and are also doing a part-time evening course. You now find that now you cannot continue the course.
Write a letter to the course tutor. In your letter
Describe the situation
Explain why you cannot continue your course at this time
Say what action you would like to take
Dear Mrs. Franklin
I am writing this letter because during the last month my current job was demanding me more time than I expected. Unfortunately, this change in my work is becoming a problem to continue with the course.
It was a hard decision to take, I was thinking for several weeks, all the advantages and disadvantages of leaving the course, and the decisive factor was the lack of time to rest which was causing me health problems among other issues at the office.
I would like to start the course the next summer in my spring vacations, if it is possible with your tutoring. Before I finish these words, I would like to thank you for all your patient and support, it means a lot to me. I will continue studying by myself until I could take back the course.
King regards
Maria
