Dear Mrs. Lean,

I am writing this letter to enquire about the French lessons you are providing to the students at school. More specifically, my son is one of your students in grade 8 where you are teaching this language.

Let me explain the situation in detail, my son's name is John Smith, he is a bright student, but he is finding some difficulty learning language in class with so many students. I would appreciate, if you could offer some one-to-one classes to him for some time, so that he can clear his doubts and gain expertise in it.

Furthermore, could I request you to please provide me some additional information about your private lessons including does these classes cover spoken or written French? Additionally, are you teaching any other student at home, and do you have any professional certification to teach this language?

I would appreciate if you could arrange the timing of the class in the evening around 6:00 P.M. I am working full-time in an accounting company, and it would be convenient for me to drop and pick him up from your place.

I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Yours sincerely,
Shinny Kaur
