An increasing number of professionals, such as doctors and teachers, are leaving their own poorer countries to work in developed countries. What problems do this cause and what solutions can you suggest dealing with this situation ?

An upswing in migration of experts such as doctors and teachers for better working opportunities has led to lack of skill manpower and economical unstability in home country. To rectify this, better job opportunities and education in home countries is the solution.

Economical unstability and lack of skill manpower has been caused due to the migration of experts. Lack in sense that there is shortage of competent professionals in home country that is why experts think developed countries will secure their future. Teachers make the students pillar of nation, those when migrated will economically weaken one's country.
