Undoubtedly, leadership skills are god gifted and one can learn it according to their requirements. Therefore, some peoples thinks that some individuals are good leaders by born, while others believes that one can learn leadership qualities. Both of the views are analyzed below.
on the one hand, It is assumed that the qualities of leaders are elaborated between them by birth, and it can be justify by most of famous personalities in our world like ABRAHIM LINCOLN and APJ ABDUL KALAM both of them was proved one of the best presidents. For instance, ABRAHIM LINCOLN was not accessed his study because of poverty, and he stated all of his intelligent classmates wrong in his further life as by achieving the success in presidentship of united states. however its also depend on the culture of family in which whom is living as most families are managing small businesses in which they also have lots of leadership qualities, so its also proven to be a god gifted if someone is naturally a good leader.
On the other side, society believes that managing skills can be learn, as by working in team management environment. Although, it can be improves by the courage of anyone, that one can built up such skills by learning it from some leaders. For example, most of the politicians cannot achieve that much success in their politician life as because of lack of leadership skills. Moreover, most of the peoples improve their managing skills by learning it from professional teachers. As well as, anyone can learn leadership skills according to their requirements to fulfill their desired goals effectively and efficiently.
To conclude, managing qualities can be god gifted as well as it can be learn by anyone, As i personally think that learning leadership skills can enhance one's knowledge according their needs....
