money is considered the most important thing to work in the same company but some pays attention to other things do you agree or disagree
Financial incentive can be a major cause for a person to work at the same working place but money is not considered the one and only reason to work in the same company .I partially agree with the statement that a good salary package motivate a person to work in the same buisness. This essay will explain the views before reaching to the conclusion in the upcoming paragraphs.
To begin with, the primary reason behind money as a cause to continue the same job is that a person is getting a huge amount of salary .To precise, each and every person wants a huge amount of money to fulfill his as well as his family needs .For example, a person with good salary package can provide good education , medical facilities to his near and dear ones. Moreover , a person with high package is also reckoned as well reputed person in the society.
On the contrary, some other factors except money plays a major role to remain in the previous work .To elaborate, satisfaction is more important than money .A person who is satisfied with the working atmosphere, relation between employer and employee prefer to work at the same place ; ignoring the fact that he is getting a vast amount of income or not. Furthermore, pension schemes, medical facilities plays a key role for an employee to continue his work.
To conclude, although money is an important factor for a person to make decision regarding his continuity of work but it is not everything. Contentment , good relation among colleagues and employees matter a lot.
