Nowadays, more and more people use online shopping. Some people think it is a good development. To what extent do you agree or disagree?
The two maps depict how a beachfront area in Australia changed between 1950 and the present. From the overall perspective, this area has witnessed relatively extensive transformations and modifications, the most noticeable of which is the widening of the main road and the addition of recreational facilities.
Today, people tend to buy goods on the Internet rather than in stores. I strongly believe this tendency is beneficial since it brings a great number of advantages to our lives.
To begin with, online shopping allows people to purchase whatever they want without requiring them to go to official stores. This is because online shopping websites such as Amazon, Shopee, and Lazada provide buyers with a variety of products in different colors, shapes, and sizes. Take for example, shoppers can easily search for their favorite clothes that suit them with only one click on the websites. If there are no e-commerce websites, people must go to many different physical stores and spend time choosing the appropriate ones. Because of the advent of online shopping, people can spend more time working since they do not need to take time to commute and find the shops for their demands.
Besides, e-shopping is considered to be a more effective and convenient way than traditional shopping which allows people to buy things in case they do not have enough time for shopping due to their work. This is completely different from shopping in the past when going shopping in physical stores was the only way for shoppers to purchase essential things. Moreover, products bought online are delivered right to buyers so they can receive their goods at home instead of traveling far distances to physical stores.
In conclusion, e-commerce is a better development compared to in-store shopping for its benefits. Online shopping makes shopping easier and faster for purchasers, especially for those who do not have sufficient time to go to the official stores frequently.
